Work ReworkedIn support of Microsoft Commercial Public Relations, Chad Mack supervised writing and editorial staff for the PR Daily 2017 Content Marketing Award-Winning Best Blog, Microsoft Transform. Through this owned storytelling channel, Microsoft reached business leaders and c-level executives around the world who decide which technologies and innovations will transform their companies, as well as the journalists and analysts who cover and influence them.

Work Reworked Video Series

Mack envisioned a fresh storytelling approach for Microsoft Transform, which primiarly featured written articles. So, in 2017 he produced an original video webseries which he amplified on the company's social media channels. The result? A three-part video series designed for social media sharing which showcased the cloud-powered jobs of three commercial customers. The social media campaign resulted in 7.4M impressions and the 2nd lowest cost-per-click ($0.19) across all of Microsoft’s paid activations.

The team took particular pride in the high number of 100% completed views for the social media teaser 30-second cutdowns.
